Returns & Exchanges


At Aviza, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 14 days, and you’ll receive store credit once your item is approved for return.
To get started, click the button at the bottom of the page , locate your order, and follow the guided steps. After our team reviews your request, we’ll issue a return label or provide store credit for the value of your items.
Please ensure returned items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. If you’re exchanging due to sizing, keep in mind that our shirts are made from 100% cotton and may naturally tighten slightly after several washes.
Custom-made and limited-release products are created specifically for you, which means we can only replace them if they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing fault. These items aren’t eligible for change-of-mind returns.
If your parcel arrives damaged or something isn’t up to our quality standards, reach out to our support team at hello@aviza.com.au and we’ll take care of it quickly.
