Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link that lets you stalk your parcel like it’s your ex’s Instagram. If tracking seems stuck or confused, message us at hello@aviza.com.au and we’ll help chase it down.

How long does delivery take?
Every item is printed fresh (none of that dusty warehouse business), so we need a little time to work our magic.
Most orders arrive within the estimated shipping windows on our Shipping Times page.
If your parcel is running fashionably late, don’t panic — just reach out and we’ll check what’s happening.

Can I return or exchange something?
Totally! If your item isn’t vibing the way you thought it would, you can request a return for store credit within 14 days.
Just make sure it's unworn, unwashed, and still looking cute.

Do your Tee's shrink?
A tiny bit! Our tees are made from 100% cotton, which means they might cosy up and shrink around half a size after a few washes.
If you like a relaxed fit, maybe size up. If you like it snug — you’re good to go.
